Shipping policy
All handmade products are ready-to-ship, and all orders ship on Wednesdays. This means that if you order on a Wednesday morning, your item will not ship until the following Wednesday.
We are not responsible for purchases that are sent to the incorrect address. Please be sure that you have entered the correct address when placing your order. If you feel that you have made an error on the shipping address, please contact hollowbagsshop@gmail.com asap, if you have not already received a shipping notification email.
Once a purchased product has been collected and scanned by the shipping partner, we are no longer responsible for or able to control the speed or care of your items as they make their way to you. Due to delays beyond our control, some packages may take longer to be delivered than expected. Should such a delay occur while you are waiting for delivery, you can track the package through the shipping partner website or app, or contact them directly to find the status. Again, delays are beyond our control and only the shipping carrier can help you with that information.
Should your item(s) be damaged during the shipping process, you would need to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Hollow Bag Creations is not responsible for any damages that occur once it leaves our hands therefore we will not issue refunds or replacements in such situations.
